Frequently Asked QuestionsWho are your drivers?All of our drivers are qualified, licensed taxi drivers. They all have excellent local knowledge.Each one has been specifically selected by us because of our personal knowledge of their high standards. We welcome all feedback to help us ensure that we maintain the high standard of all our drivers. What happens at Heathrow Airport?Look out for our driver holding a clipboard with your name and flight number. Introduce yourself - away you go.What happens if the flight has a long delay?This is why we ask for your flight number. Our drivers use this to check when your plane is expected to land. They will be waiting for you when you do arrive no matter how bad the delay is and you pay the price we quoted you.How do I pay?Pounds Stirling only, please, and pay the driver at your destination. You may also pay by card over the phone for fixed fares. We promise a clean, modern Taxi with a driver who will meet you at the airport and take you to your destination for the agreed price and not a penny more.Do I need to tip the driver?If you feel a tip is appropriate - that is up to you.Can I use you for other journeys?By all means, please ask us to make your bookings in advance. We can advise you on where is worth a visit, both local and UK-wide places of interest. We can arrange a taxi for trips to anywhere in the UK.How much do you charge per extra passenger?We will provide a saloon car or an MPV (people Carrier) for up to 8 passengers at no extra cost. The journey to your destination is one fixed price.What about seatbelts and child seats?The law requires every passenger to wear a seatbelt. If you are travelling with children, we want them to be as safe as they would be in your own car so we provide Child and Booster seats at a no extra charge. Just tell us your requirements when you book your taxi. For a very young baby, we expect that you will bring an Infant/baby carrier as you will use it on the plane.What if my plans change before I fly?Please email us as soon as possible to inform us of any changes or cancellation. |
